Booking/Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice from the time of your booking to cancel or change the appointment. Any changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a charge of 50% of the cost of the treatment booked.

Privacy and Record Keeping Policy
We collect personal information from our clients in order to ensure the best quality care while maintaining the safety and autonomy of you, the client. All information kept is confidential and will be maintained for a period 10 years past the last treatment or 10 years past the client's 18th birthday if the last treatment occurred prior to reaching the age of majority in accordance with our legal and regulatory requirement. Your information will never be released to anyone without your express written consent. All physical copies of your information are stored in a secure location behind lock and key while all of your digital information is protected by a password and is encrypted.
